FAQ

  • What is the difference between guided and unguided art sessions?
Guided sessions are more structured — instructors will be present to teach you the basics of the medium and how to achieve what you set out to do. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone who already paints on your own, a guided session is where you approach your painting step-by-step, get your questions answered and/or pick up some tips or two!

Unguided sessions are, well, unguided. We'll provide you the space and materials and leave you to do your thing! If you already know your stuff and just want a studio space with great vibes to create art, then unguided is the way to go.

  • Is this the same as your art jamming sessions or workshops?
Our art jamming and workshops are one-off sessions. Workshops are also different because they are themed (e.g. Modern Watercolour Workshop, Galaxy Mountain Workshop, etc).

  • What can I expect for guided sessions?
You can expect to work on around 2-4 artworks across the span of the sessions, depending on how fast you complete your artworks. You can either use our reference images or bring your own and our instructors will take you through step-by-step to achieving the final art piece.

  • How do I book time slots?
Click on the package you want above, and follow the instructions to book!

  • How many artworks will I take home?
You can expect to take home 2-4 artworks (for a package of 4 art sessions) depending on how fast you complete your artworks.

  • Why must 20% be donated to Artribe? Can I opt-out?
20% of all our regular programs are used to fund the work we do for Artribe. Initial funding from Artify Studio helped kick off the Artribe initiative to date. The goal beyond 2020 is for Artribe to evolve into a truly sustainable initiative — one that is for the community from the community. By signing up for art regular art programs at Artify Studio, you are helping to grow Artribe's efforts and helping those within.
